Your participation in the Indiana Health Study is always voluntary. Before you make your decision, you will receive information about the study as well as information about the risks and benefits of being in the study. If you choose to be in the Indiana Health Study, you will be asked to provide a blood sample and answer questions about your health and the health of your family members. Once a year, we will contact you by telephone so we can update information about your health.
